Director, Investment Operations
Lillie Belle leads Firm and Platform Operations at Snowpoint, overseeing the operational infrastructure and cross-functional workstreams that support the firm’s continued growth and scaling. She brings a detail-oriented eye and an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring that complex initiatives move forward efficiently and with a high degree of execution. Her role spans investment operations, firm infrastructure, strategic initiatives, and the processes and partnerships that enable Snowpoint to scale effectively.
Prior to joining Snowpoint, Lillie Belle spent nearly eight years at Palantir Technologies, where she led partnerships for the R&D team and focused on expanding Palantir’s footprint in the space sector by engaging with both large system integrators and small businesses. Earlier in her career at Palantir, she worked directly with U.S. Government customers to implement Palantir’s software and solve large-scale data challenges.
Lillie Belle holds a B.A. in International Relations from Sewanee: The University of the South.
